The Elite Verification fee covers payment processing and administrative review. A refund is not automatically due after an application enters review or is rejected because the review service has been performed. Duplicate captures or proven technical payment errors will be investigated. Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed through the original payment method subject to gateway timelines.
